Nurse Injector & Owner
Wendy is a registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in the emergency department. In 2012, she entered the field of aesthetics, part-time, while continuing to work in the ER. In less than one year, Wendy was co-owner, and primary injector, at a successful medical spa. Wendy’s passion for aesthetic treatments has evolved over the last decade and she now trains health care providers all over the US. Wendy offers a wide variety of expertise in aesthetic treatments, her favorite being PDO threads!
Her biggest reward is instilling confidence in patients by helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Practice Manager
What began as a personal experience as a patient at PDX Injex quickly grew into a passion for the practice and the transformative impact of aesthetic medicine. Inspired by the exceptional care and results she received, Kodi joined the team with a commitment to helping others feel confident in their own skin.
With an extensive background in business management, operations, and client experience, she brings a strategic approach to supporting both patients and the practice. Her expertise in leadership, team development, and operational excellence helps ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment.
